Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to get processed. After that time, you can expect your order to ship within 5 to 7 business days. We do not ship orders on holidays or weekends. 

How are orders shipped? 

Orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders must ship to a physical address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

How much will it cost to get my order shipped? 

Shipping cost for your order is based on where you order is shipping, the total purchased amount, prior to sales taxes (if applicable) and promotional discounts. 

What if I ordered something that is unavailable? 

Shipments may be postponed (or canceled) in some cases due to product unavailability. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
