• Do I have to pay sales tax?

By law, orders shipped to California are charged 8.25% California State sales tax.

• What forms of payment can I pay with?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

• When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged on the same business day as your order ships.

• How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

• How do I trace my order?

• When will my order ship?

Standard Shipping: Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in seven (7) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please see map below for approximate time in transit to your area.

Express Shipping: Express shipping is available with an additional Express Fee of $25.00 in addition to expedited shipping costs charged by the shipping carrier, which can vary by the size of the order. Please contact ORE ORIGINALS, INC. Customer Service at (800) 367-2675 or at customerservice@oreoriginals.com for express shipping information. Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) PT will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses.

• When will my backorder ship?

Shipping may be postponed in some cases due product unavailability. Backordered items are shipped immediately after they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we notify you by mail or email.

• How will my order ship?

We work hard to determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use most frequently are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx.

• How do you calculate shipping charges?

Standard Shipping cost for your order is based on your total purchased amount, prior to sales taxes and promotional discounts. The following chart can help you determine shipping cost for your order:

Oversized Shipping: Occasionally UPS, Fedex or USPS will designate a certain item oversized based on the dimensions and weight of the item when it is packaged for shipping. All Oversized items will be designated as “Oversized Shipping.”

• Do you ship to my country?

ORE ORIGINALS, INC. ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the Mariana Islands, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands as well as to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses that serve U.S. military personnel abroad. We do not currently ship orders to addresses outside these areas.

• Can I change my shipping address?

Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations

• How do I return my purchase for an exchange or refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or a refund less the shipping costs. Here’s how:

For your protection, we encourage you to ship returns via a service that offers a tracking feature and package insurance. ORE ORIGINALS, INC. is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.

ORE ORIGINALS, INC. is not responsible for items returned without a Return Authorization number. ORE ORIGINALS, INC. does not authorize returns for merchandise after 30 days of receipt, if the merchandise has been used, or is not in its original new condition and packaging. All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges are shipped subsequent to receiving the returned items and approval from the Returns Department.
